In our running groups, you’ll learn how to vary your runs to improve and develop your running technique. Each session has its own structure and purpose.
Throughout the term, you’ll run intervals of varying lengths, challenge yourself with hill workouts, and enjoy running in the forest. Each training session lasts about 60–75 minutes.
We divide into smaller groups based on fitness level and adapt the training so that everyone can run at their own pace. For example, we adjust intervals to ensure that all participants feel comfortable and challenged.
