Everyone is welcome to come and try out a session—just show up! There is no age or speed requirement; all levels are welcome.

During the summer months, we meet at Zinkensdamms IP, outside the locker rooms behind the stands.

Schedule:

Saturdays, we run a group long-distance session at 10:00 am, starting from the southern entrance of Zinken.
